– Condition: The artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
– Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials, certificates of authenticity, or other included items.
– Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team here with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorisation: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the artwork in its original packaging and include the return authorisation number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
– Inspection: We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If the item is in its original condition, we will approve your refund.
– Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
– Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different artwork, please follow the return process to send back the original item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a new order for the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:

– Sale Items:
